FAQ

Clear answers,
before you commit.

These answers explain the current service. Availability, inspection scope, route eligibility, timing and final costs are confirmed in your formal quote.

01What does the 10% service fee include?

The service fee covers the purchasing support and standard handling described in your quote. Product research, special inspection, custom packaging or other optional work is included only when the quote says so.

02When does the $8 minimum service fee apply?

The current published pricing uses a 10% service fee with an $8 minimum per request. The formal quote shows the actual fee before you decide whether to proceed.

03Can multiple products be included in one request?

Yes. Add products separately so options and quantities remain clear. Eligible items may later be consolidated, subject to item compatibility and route rules.

04When is international shipping calculated?

An estimate may be shown before purchase. The selectable route and final Stage 2 amount are confirmed after items arrive, packaging is planned and billable weight can be assessed.

05What happens if the seller sends the wrong item?

If the agreed visual check finds an obvious mismatch, the order is paused and available options are shown. Return or exchange eligibility, deadlines and costs depend on the seller and platform rules.

06Can you return or exchange an item in China?

We can help request a return or exchange when the seller and platform allow it. Domestic return costs, deductions and time limits are confirmed case by case.

07What does QC include?

Basic visual QC may check quantity, colour, size or model labels, packaging condition and visible damage within the scope shown in your quote.

08What does QC not include?

Unless separately agreed, QC is not authentication, laboratory testing, certification, professional grading, hidden-defect detection or full functional testing.

09How long can items stay in the warehouse?

The storage deadline and any possible fee are shown in the private order update or quote before they apply. No universal free-storage period is promised on this site.

10Which countries do you ship to?

Currently listed destinations are the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, subject to route and product eligibility. Other destinations require review before payment.

11Who pays customs duties and taxes?

The customer is normally responsible for destination duties, taxes, brokerage and import requirements unless the formal quote explicitly states otherwise.

12Can you source from Xiaohongshu screenshots?

Yes, you may send a clear screenshot plus size, colour, material and budget details. A visual match is not guaranteed; we present matching options for your approval.

13Can you combine Taobao and 1688 orders?

Often, yes. Consolidation depends on item compatibility, warehouse status, destination restrictions and the selected route.

14What items are restricted or prohibited?

Counterfeit goods, weapons, controlled substances and illegal products are not accepted. Batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics and regulated goods require case-by-case review and may be declined.

15How do I track my request?

Use the private Quote & Order page with the exact request reference and matching email address. QC images and order details are not publicly indexed.

16How quickly will I receive a quote?

The current response target is within 1–2 business days. Complex, custom or restricted items may take longer.
